Porsche 996 & Boxster Interior LEDs
The black toggle switches have LEDs just like A/C Buttons and LCD.
You can use the same LEDs to replace those as in the A/C kit.
 
The BLUE LEDs corner dip will face the same way as the OEM LEDs on the board face.
The SUPER WHITE LEDs corner dip will face the opposite way as the OEM LEDs on the board face.
Requires Soldering.
Switches I tested. The LEDs listed are what the switch currently has installed:
Windows - 2 Amber LEDs
Sunroof - 3 Amber LEDs
Security - 1 Amber and 1 Red LED (Pic Above show LEDs)
Defrost - 2 Amber LEDs
Heated Seats - 1 Amber and 1 Red LED
 
Super White LEDs Install
 
 
The Wiper Speed Dial and Light Switch Dial use LEDs like the one pictured above.
Requires High Level of Modification and you need to have solder experience to do the mod.
You can cut the 3mm LED off right at the stalks(as pictured in pic above with red dotted line) and solder a LED(like the ones used in the A/C kit) to the stalks.
Make sure the negative side of the stalk(noted in pic above) is connected to the negative side of the new led(blue arrow negative side).
Note:
The Blue LEDs corner dip is the negative side.
The Super White LEDs corner dip is the positive side.

Wiper Speed Dial - 1 Amber LED
Light Switch Dial - 7 Amber and 2 Green LEDs
 
Super White LEDs Install
Dials use the same LEDs as above for $1.49
The Cigarette Lighter has a custom light bulb surrounded by black plastic.
Requires High Level of Modification and you need to have solder experience to do the mod.
You can add a regular LED to the bulb holder, by cutting the 2 wires from the bulb that connect
to the 2 metal plates. Ones is below the bulb(silver) and one above the bulb(its silver and has a copper connector attached to it).
It appears the one on the bottom is the negative and the one on the top is positive, but I would verify by testing the LED with the connection before I made a final solder.
